Shipping Information:

Our product excludes shipping, prices of shipping are available and added during checkout. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. All orders will be shipped via our selected courier partners and a tracking number will be provided. Estimated delivery time is within 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier partners, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Pre-Order

All pre-orders orders will be processed within the set working days as advertised or informed by Rubycell Malaysia's sales representative. Payment must be made in full during the pre-order.

We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order if payment is not received within the specified time period. Any taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the government or other regulatory authorities will be the buyer's responsibility. Pre-ordering a product does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order and refund your payment in full if the product becomes unavailable. We reserve the right to make changes to the product before delivery.

If we make significant changes to the product, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Terms and Conditions:

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for products that are damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or defective product and provide photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not be held responsible for any delays or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and will notify customers immediately if such a situation arises.
